Please join OSO at Cowell Beach on Sunday, June 24, from 1-4PM, to celebrate O'Neill Sea Odyssey's 100,000th student milestone. Sponsored by Dream Inn Santa Cruz, the event is free and will include presentations honoring Jack O'Neill's legacy and Sea Odyssey's achievement. There will be entertainment, food, and activities for the entire family, and the lucky raffle winner of the private sailing charter will be announced. We hope to see you there!
11:30-1:30 Beach cleanup coordinated by Save Our Shores with support from Dream Inn. All are welcome and encouraged to join the cleanup.
1:00-1:30 Samba Stilt Circus performers will welcome attendees as the event kicks off.
1:30-2:30 City of Santa Cruz dedication of "Jack O'Neill Way" by Mayor David Terrazas and OSO milestone remarks by Executive Director Dan Haifley. Seating for attendees will be provided.
2:30-4:00 Live music by The Wavetones to accompany the beach vibe.
3:00-3:30 Te Hau Nui Hula & Tahitian dance performance.
3:30 The lucky winner of the 2-hour private sailing charter will be announced. Tickets are available now so get yours today!
1:00-4:00 Bike valet, beach activities, food trucks and ice cream. Food provided by Pono Hawaiian Grill, El Buen Taco, Ate3One, and Mission Hill Creamery. Beach activities provided by Santa Cruz Sand, Club Ed, and O'Neill Sea Odyssey. Bike valet provided by Bike Santa Cruz County.
